Louise was honest, communicative and had a really nice vibe about her.


I dropped Louise a message re the realestate.com.au portal, not expecting a reply, as my message was a little confusing. But Louise called me for a chat, arranging a private inspection to view the property the next day, even asking if the time suited as she knew I had a toddler.
